Delivery Delays - Information

Due to a change in location of our warehouse we are still experiencing delivery delays on orders of 2-3 days. This is because it is taking longer than anticipated to unpack and store our inventory. This process should be complete by the end of this week when everything should return to normal. Orders are shipping and orders which include items which have already been unpacked into the new warehouse are unaffected. Unfortunately we cannot show what these products are on our website.

Please do not order items on express delivery until the end of the week to avoid any disappointment.

We apologise to all customers whose orders may have been delayed for any inconvenience and frustration caused. Once this process is complete we will be offering even higher levels of service than before!

We offer a variety of delivery options to give you the best value and choice dependent on your needs.

We deliver to the whole of the UK and all European Countries using couriers and Royal Mail. The maximum weight we can send in any one box is 30Kg which is why shipping charges increase with weight.

Delivery options and charges are shown in the tables below. Accurate delivery charges are also shown based on your location during checkout before you commit to buy anything.

Unfortunately Couriers do charge us extra for sending items to certain areas of the UK. This is unfortunaltey outside of our control - we would love to be able to charge everyone across the UK the same but this is not possible.
