UKPetSupplies started life in November 2003 selling a small range of pet products on eBay. It wasn't long before we achieved Power Seller status and to this day we are proud to have our 100% positive feedback intact. We believe that this demonstrates the level of dedication and service we provide to our customers.
Following our success trading on eBay we realised that the Internet was the perfect medium for supplying our pet products to the UK public. In July 2004 UKPetSupplies proudly began trading online offering a much larger range of pet products. Since then massive strides have been taken and we now operate from our newly rennovated warehouse.
UKPetSupplies now delivers products throughout the UK and Europe and we are always looking for new opportunities. However, this does not mean that we have lost our personal touch and we still deliver local orders using our vehicle whenever we can.
We aim to provide an extensive range of pet supplies to our customers at the lowest possible price, without compromising on customer service. We know that customers want a quick and responsive service, with all queries and problems being dealt with effectively and within 24 hours. We take this very seriously at UKPetSupplies and aim to offer the best customer service in our market.
We pride ourselves on being able to find solutions to all our customers needs. We achieve this with the help of our highly competent shipping partners DPD and Royal Mail. Thus far special projects include supplying a Kennels in Galway, Ireland and Rabbit Activity Farm in Hampshire. No project is too big or too small.
