Availability
Explanations of the stock indicators on our website are shown below. This should help you estimate how long it will take to receive your order. If you are unsure about availability please contact us and we will be happy to help:

In Stock: Item is in stock and should be ready for dispatch within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). If you order more units of an item than we have in stock we will inform you of any shortages or delays. This is likely to increase the amount of time before dispatch as we will need to obtain more stock from our supplier. Please enquire if you wish to know the level of stock of a particular item.

X-Y Working Days (i.e. 1-3 Working Days): Item is not a stock item but can usually be obtained from our supplier within X-Y working days from date of order (subject to supplier stock levels). If the dispatch date is likely to be more than Y working days from the date of order we will contact you and let you know.

Sent Direct From Supplier: Item is sent directly from our supplier. We are not party to our supplier’s stock levels or dispatch times. Please enquire before purchase if you wish to know when your item should be dispatched and how long it should take arrive. Please allow at least 4-5 working days for delivery from date of order. If our supplier is out of stock or there will be a delay to dispatch we will contact you and let you know.

Temporarily Out Of Stock: Item is not currently in stock but should be back in stock within 1-10 working days (subject to supplier stock levels). This includes items which are either on order or will be placed on order very soon. The item will be sent to you as soon as we receive it from our supplier and the whole of your order is in stock. Please enquire if you wish to know more about the availability of a temporarily out of stock item.

Out Of Stock: Item is not currently in stock and we are not sure when it will be back in stock. This includes items which are out of stock with our suppliers. Please enquire if you wish to know more about the availability of an out of stock item.

By Special Arrangement: Item must be specially arranged to be delivered (e.g. Aquariums). This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses and the cost of delivery will vary depending on the delivery address. Please contact us for a quotation and delivery estimate. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery (subject to supplier stock levels). These items are either personally delivered by UKPetSupplies or via our specialist couriers.
The total time before dispatch is dependant on the availability indicators for each item as well as our stock levels. If you order an item which has an indicator of "X-Y Working Days" please allow the appropriate time. Similarly if you order an item which has an indicator of "Temporarily Out Of Stock" or "Out Of Stock" please expect a delay to the dispatch of your order. As a general rule we will only dispatch your order once all items are in stock. Orders will only be part shipped on rare occasions and at our own discretion.
We will send you an e-mail when we receive your order and another when we dispatch it, confirming the date, method of delivery, and any tracking details we may have.
